All professional accounting, tax representation, business valuation, and software advisory services are governed by formal engagement letters entered into between Golden Ledgers and the client. The contents of this website are for general informational purposes and do not constitute formal legal or tax counsel until an engagement agreement is executed.
3. Accuracy of Client Information
Clients are responsible for providing complete, truthful, and accurate source documents, invoices, customs paperwork, and bank statements required for FTA filings, audit reviews, and compliance procedures.
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
